Terms and conditions

The event is organized by One World PRX, with offices at 11999 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77079. For anything related to your ticket, the contact channel is info@oneworldprx.com.

The AI Business Experience takes place at CityCentre Houston, 822 Town and Country Blvd., Houston, TX 77024. Check-in opens in the afternoon and the program continues through the evening according to the agenda published on the event page.

This is an in-person event. There is no online attendance, live stream or recording of the talks afterwards.

• There is a single ticket category, priced at USD 77.00 plus any applicable tax, calculated at checkout based on your billing address.
• You may buy up to 10 tickets in a single transaction.
• The room has a fixed capacity. Tickets are sold until seats run out.
• Admission is by name: each ticket corresponds to one identified person.

Payment is processed through Stripe. We never receive or store your card details at any point: those details are handled directly by Stripe on its own platform.

All amounts are in US dollars (USD). You will receive a receipt by email once payment is confirmed.

You may request a full refund up to 14 calendar days before the event date, by writing to info@oneworldprx.com from the email address you used to purchase.

After that window the ticket is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to another person under the terms in the following section.

You may pass your seat to another person by emailing info@oneworldprx.com up to 48 hours before the start, giving the new attendee’s full name. Because admission is by name, we cannot allow entry without that advance notice.

The program, the schedule and the announced speakers may change for reasons outside the organizer’s control. If a significant change occurs, we will notify registered attendees by email.

A change to the program or the speaker line-up does not by itself entitle you to a refund outside the window set out in section 5.

If the organizer cancels the event, the full ticket amount, tax included, will be refunded through the same payment method used for the purchase.

If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If that date does not suit you, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the postponement being announced.

The organizer reserves the right of admission and to require anyone to leave. Entry may be refused, or a person asked to leave the room, for conduct that disrupts the event or disturbs other attendees, with no right to a refund.

Suggested dress is executive or business casual. Once the talks have begun, access to the room may be restricted so as not to interrupt the session.

During the event there will be media coverage, photography, video recording and interviews in the VIP Lounge. By entering the venue you accept that your image may appear in those recordings and in communications material that One World PRX publishes afterwards.

If you prefer not to appear, tell us in writing at info@oneworldprx.com before the event or let the team know at check-in, and we will take it into account.

The organizer is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged at the venue, nor for travel, accommodation or any other cost you incur in order to attend.

The content of the talks is informational and educational. It does not constitute professional, financial or legal advice, and any decisions you make based on it are your sole responsibility.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and by applicable federal law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Harris County, Texas.
