Privacy policy

The data controller is One World PRX, with offices at 11999 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77079. You can contact us at any time at info@oneworldprx.com.

We only collect what is needed to sell you the ticket and give you access to the event. It is requested inside Stripe’s payment form, not on this page:

• First and last name.
• Email address.
• Phone number.
• Billing address, needed to calculate applicable tax.
• The attendee’s company and role.
• Guests’ names, only if you buy more than one ticket.

We do not use your data to send you unsolicited advertising, and we do not sell it or pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.

• Processing payment and issuing the corresponding receipt.
• Sending you the purchase confirmation with the event details and the calendar file.
• Checking you in at registration, since admission is by name.
• Telling you about significant changes to the program, the schedule or the venue.
• Issuing an invoice in your company’s name, if you ask for one.

Only with the providers we need for the service to work. Each one processes the data following our instructions and its own privacy policy:

• Stripe, to process payment and collect billing details.
• Our database provider, where the order record is kept.
• Resend, to send you the confirmation email.
• Google Analytics and Meta, if measurement is enabled, to understand in aggregate how the page is used.

Your card details never pass through our servers and are never stored in any system of ours. The payment form belongs to Stripe, and it is Stripe that receives and processes them on its own platform.

From the transaction we keep only the identifier Stripe returns to us, the amount and the payment status.

This page does not use first-party cookies to track or profile you. It may load third-party measurement tools, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, which do set their own cookies.

Those tools only load if they are configured. If they are not, the page makes no request to those providers and sets none of their cookies.

You can block cookies from your browser settings without affecting your ability to buy a ticket or attend the event.

We keep the order data for as long as it is needed to manage your attendance and, afterwards, for the period required by the tax and accounting rules applicable to the sale.

After that period we delete it or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you.

The order records sit in a database with row-level security enabled and no public read policies: no visitor to the page can query them, even knowing the address. Only the server functions, with credentials that never leave the server, can write to them.

Payment and email keys are stored as server secrets and are not part of the code downloaded to your browser.

You can ask us to access the data we hold about you, correct it if it is inaccurate, delete it, restrict its processing, object to it, or receive it in a portable format.

To exercise any of those rights, write to info@oneworldprx.com from the address you used to purchase. We will respond within thirty days at most.

The event is aimed at an adult professional audience. We do not knowingly sell tickets to, or collect data from, anyone under eighteen.

If we change this policy, we will update the date shown at the top. When a change significantly affects how we handle your data, we will tell you by email if you have already bought a ticket.
